Who are these meals for?

Everyone needs healthy food! Whether you're no longer able to cook, or don't enjoy cooking. Whether you are old or young, doing shiftwork or leading a busy life. Perhaps you or a friend or family member has just had a baby or recovering from an injury or illness. Your doctor may have suggested you loose weight, or cut salt or sugar or you just simply like the convenience. We hope these meals help you out.

 

Wholesale or retail?

My Chef frozen meals are available wholesale across Australia or retail around the Wagga Wagga area. Contact us for wholesale pricing and enquires. For retail orders, order your home delivery through the website or drop by to 107 Hammond Avenue Wagga Wagga NSW to have a look and pick up what you fancy.

 

How long will my meals last for?

Store frozen (-18o) until the expiry date, we recommend enjoying your meal within 6 months. Once defrosted, refrigerate and consume within 3 days. Heat once only. Always check the expiry date before consumption.

 

Can you cater for food allergies?

We provide a range or Gluten Free (GF) and Dairy Free (DF) options which are clearly identified on the menu. Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, however, they may still be present as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. We suggest that you check each meal ingredient thoroughly before consumption. Contact us for special requests and we'll always see what we can do or produce to best service your needs.

 

Will I get bored of the meals?

We have a range of over 80 meals to choose from - so you'll never have to eat the same thing twice in a row! We also introduce new items seasonally.

Where does My Chef deliver to?

My Chef offers home delivery around the Wagga Wagga NSW area. Wholesale deliveries are Australia-wide. If you are not in the Wagga Wagga area and would like to see the meals in your area, please contact us and we'll endeavour to find a local stockist near you.

 

How do I order?

Browse our online menu, add your chosen meals to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout when you’re ready. Alternatively, you can come in and buy your meals from our Head Kitchen 107 Hammond Ave, Wagga Wagga or visit your nearest stockist.

 

Is there a minimum order? What's your delivery charge?

No, there's no minimum order. For orders under $75 there's a $9.90 delivery charge. You'll enjoy free delivery for orders over $75 and we deliver for free once a week to the following facilities:

  • The Grange - Free delivery on Thursdays, order before 4pm Wednesday.
  • Watermark - Free delivery on Thursdays, order before 4pm Wednesday.
  • Settlers - Delivery info coming soon!

 

When do I have to order by & when is delivery?

If you order online before 4pm, same day delivery. If you order after 4pm, next day delivery. If you have a special delivery time requirement, please place your order online then call us on 02 6971 0639.

 

Do I need to sign up to a contract?

No contracts for wholesale or retail clients.

 

What happens if I place an order after cut off?

If you order online before 4pm, same day delivery. If you order after 4pm, next day delivery. If you have a special delivery time requirement, please place your order online then call us on 02 6971 0639.

 

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

We prefer you to be home to receive your order. Your orders are delivered in an esky but no frozen meals like to be left out in the sun!

 

Can I pick up my order directly from My Chef?

Yes, we are located at 107 Hammond Ave, Wagga Wagga and open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.

 


 PAYMENT

 

How do I pay?

For online orders we accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX debit/credit cards and payment via PayPal through a secure checkout process. We also accept cash on delivery.

We offer wholesale customers 30 day payment terms, please contact us for a credit application form.

 

What if my payment is declined?

We are unable to process your order for delivery if your account has insufficient funds. We will contact you if there appears to be insufficient funds on your account, however, My Chef accepts no responsibility for any fees or charges for overdrawn accounts, so please check with your financial institution.

My Chef provides wholesale deliveries Australia-wide. Please contact us to enquire.

 

How do I place an order?

Download and complete this PDF wholesale menu and email it back to us. If you haven't set up an account with us yet, please contact us and we'll provide you with the wholesale price list, discuss delivery options and send you a credit application form.

 

I'm a new wholesale customer, can you send me some samples?

Sure, please contact us and we'll be happy to discuss your needs and organise you some samples.

 

I'm a new wholesale customer, how do I get started?

 If you haven't set up an account with us yet, please contact us and we'll provide you with the wholesale price list, discuss delivery options and send you a credit application form. We provide 30 day terms for our wholesale customers and can discuss the best delivery schedule to suit your needs.

 

What's a minimum order?

Wholesale orders are in cartons. There are ten meals per carton across all meals. Minimum order is ten cartons.

 

What is your accreditation? Can I have a copy of your NSW Food Authority Certificate for our auditing purposes?
