Thank you for joining us to promote healthy eating by providing My Chef healthy frozen meals for your community.

You may be a grocery store, deli, aged care provider, hospital, cafe, Meals On Wheels group, home care network, motel, guest house, caravan park or fundraising body. We supply My Chef healthy frozen meals through a range of outlets. We hope these resources assist you when promoting the meals in your community.  

Getting Started 

Step 1: Deciding Your Menu & Pricing Strategy

  • Review the My Chef meal range.
  • Decide whether you will stock a) the whole range, b) a set selection of the range, or c) a selection that you will change and rotate regularly.
  • Depending on your client base, external subsidies you may receive, your point of sale and barcode software and your running costs, decide whether you will offer the meals at a) My Chef Recommended Retail Pricing, b) your pricing, or c) set pricing for Main Meals eg. $8.00, Petite Meals eg. $5.50, Soups eg. $2.50, Snacks eg.$3.20 and Desserts eg. $3.00 (recommended if you decide on a rotating menu). 

Step 2: Placing Your Order 

  • If you haven't set up an account with us yet, please contact us and we'll provide you with the wholesale price list and order form, discuss delivery options and send you a credit application form. We provide 30 day terms for our wholesale customers and can discuss the best delivery schedule to suit your needs.
  • Use the My Chef Wholesale Order Form to place each of your orders. Once you have added the number of cartons you'd like for each meal, press 'Submit Order' and the form will be emailed to us. We will reply once the order is received and confirm your requested delivery date.  
  • Whole sale orders are made in cartons (10 meals per carton).

Step 3: Promoting Your Meal Range In The Community

Setting Up Your Retail Shopfront (for retail outlets only)

  • Branded Display Freezer - Meals must be kept at -18 degrees. If My Chef is your exclusive frozen meal provider we can supply a branded display freezer or signage for your existing freezer/s.
  • Car Signage (Magnets) - If you are providing a home delivery service in your area and My Chef is your exclusive frozen meal provider we can supply you with a set of My Chef - Healthy Frozen Meals car magnets. 
  • Shop Signage - Contact us to discuss your needs, we can provide exhibition banners, vinyl banners, laminated A3 or A4 pricing posters, menus, Point Of Sale promotional material etc
  • Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers are available, we can print and ship to your outlet.
