With a passion for the critical importance of good nutrition, especially for the youth and ageing, those leading busy lifestyles and those recovering or unwell, our wide range of healthy frozen meals are made only with natural ingredients, free of artificial flavourings and preservatives. We hope our food can offer you a convenient way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our Family Story

When the farmer met the foodie, there was love. Then more good food.
Having grown up on a mixed family farming enterprise, Zoe is happy being back in regional Australia. Even happier having met Frank, a lover of food with a long family heritage of cooking food full of love for both large family gatherings (as Lebanese families do best) and sharing their love of food with customers in city sandwich bars and regional pubs.
Here's the story of how this foodie and farmer came to cook for you.
In 2016, Frank and Zoe moved to Wagga Wagga with their young family and purchased the business My Chef Cuisine from a local chef, with a dream of providing healthy convenient meals for busy families and an ageing population deserving of good food. And of doing business differently from the crowd - the business of doing good! We now cook over twenty thousand delicious meals a month, and deliver them to homes and stores across Sydney, Canberra and regional NSW.
