Junee Prime Lamb is a family-owned and operated business – just like us! Launched in 1997, they’ve quickly become one of the leading suppliers of lamb in Australia. Originally supplying pork, beef and lamb, they found their niche in superior quality lamb for both the Australian market and New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada and the Middle East.

There’s nothing mass-produced at Junee Prime Lamb. The livestock is raised on their 2500ha property in Riverina, New South Wales and on surrounding properties across our thriving local food bowl. The Riverina proudly boasts an “unspoiled natural environment, grazing on green pastures and enjoying an ideal climate.” Only the best for these lambs!
They’re also selective about the livestock they breed, believing it’s the combination of animals that are happy, healthy and well-looked after that produce “exceptionally tender and flavoursome prime lamb.” And we can vouch for that.
Though some have a misconception about farming processes remaining unchanged over the years, the world of ag-tech is booming. Their Junee, NSW processing centre has a highly-efficient production line “where staff work in conjunction with the latest technology.” Combine that with rigorous health and safety – something Junee Prime Lamb set to industry standards AND their personal commitment to superior quality.
